2025年7月25日(金)、リーガロイヤルホテル大阪で開催された2025年度理事会、総会では、2024年度の行事・収支決算報告及び理事・役員・監事の改選が行われ、三宝電機株式会社 代表取締役会長 嘉納秀一様が新しい会長に選出され、全ての議案が承認されました。

 

総会後に行われた懇親会では、JASO 黒田雅史 前会長による退任の挨拶、嘉納秀一 新会長による新体制発足の挨拶に引き続き、ご来賓を代表して政府代表/特命全権大使(関西担当)三澤康様よりご挨拶をいただきました。

その後、在大阪・神戸米国総領事 ジェイソン・R・クーバス様によるご挨拶と乾杯のご発声で懇親会がスタートしました。

 

ジャズの生演奏が流れる中、ミニハンバーガー等の米国らしいお料理に加え、にぎり寿司、そば等の日本食も並び、お食事に歓談に楽しいひと時となりました。

会員の皆様には、総会決議書を追ってご送付申し上げます。

 

 

The Board of Directors Meeting and Annual General Meeting for FY2025 was held on Friday, July 25, 2025, at the RIHGA Royal Hotel Osaka.

The meeting saw the approval of FY2024 activity and financial reports, as well as the election of new directors, officers, and auditors. Mr. Shuichi Kanoh, Chairman of Sanpo Electrical And Mechanical Engineering Corporation was elected as the new Chairman.

All proposals were approved unanimously.

Following the general meeting, a reception was held to celebrate the new leadership. The event began with farewell remarks from outgoing Chairman, Mr. Masashi Kuroda, followed by an address from the newly appointed Chairman, Mr. Shuichi Kanoh, who spoke about the inauguration of the new system.

Guests of honor included Mr. Yasushi Misawa, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary for Kansai, who offered congratulatory remarks. The reception officially began with a toast led by Mr. Jason R. Cubas, U.S. Consul General in Osaka-Kobe.

Attendees enjoyed a delightful evening with live jazz music and a diverse culinary selection that included American-style mini-hamburgers alongside Japanese favorites such as sushi and soba noodles.

The relaxed atmosphere fostered lively conversation and camaraderie among members.

A resolution document from the general meeting will be sent to all members shortly.
