大阪日米協会 理事として長年にわたりご尽力いただきました

千 玄室（せん げんしつ）様が、令和７年８月１４日、ご逝去されました（享年１０２歳）。

　

千様は、茶道裏千家前家元として日本文化の精神を国内外に広められたのみならず、国際平和と

相互理解の促進に尽力され、日米友好の架け橋として多大なるご貢献を賜りました。

　

当協会におきましても、理事として常に温かいご支援と卓見をもって活動を導いてくださいました。

そのご功績に深く感謝申し上げるとともに、心より哀悼の意を表します。

　

千 玄室様のご冥福をお祈りし、ご遺族の皆様に謹んでお悔やみ申し上げます。

Dear Members,

 

I am pleased to announce that we will hold 2025 Annual General Meeting on Friday, July 25th, 2025

at RIHGA Royal Hotel Osaka.  Among agendas to be discussed are reports on the activities that took place during the fiscal year of 2024 and event proposals for the fiscal year of 2025.

Following the Meeting we will have a reception for getting to know with new members,

mingling with the old faces and catching up with latest news.

I look forward to your participation and seeing you at the event.
