2025 Annual General Meeting and the Reception

平素は格別のご高配を賜り、厚く御礼申し上げます。
さて、２０２４年度活動のご報告、並びに２０２５年度活動のご案内の場として、
２０２５年度年次総会及び懇親会を下記の通り開催いたします。
時節柄ご多忙中の事と存じますが、多数のご参加を心よりお待ち申し上げております。

17：30～18：00 年次総会
18：00～20：00 懇親会
◎場所：リーガロイヤルホテル ２階 「山楽の間」
◎会費：会員 10,000円、非会員 12,000円
参加お申込みは、７月１８日（金）迄に下記添付の申込書にご記入の上、
ファックスまたはEmailでご返送下さい。
尚、参加費お振込につきましては、お手数ですが、年度決算の都合上、
７月１日（火）以降～７月１８（金）迄に下記口座へお振込み下さい。

Dear Members,
I am pleased to announce that we will hold 2025 Annual General Meeting on Friday, July 25th, 2025
at RIHGA Royal Hotel Osaka. Among agendas to be discussed are reports on the activities that took place during the fiscal year of 2024 and event proposals for the fiscal year of 2025.
Following the Meeting we will have a reception for getting to know with new members,
mingling with the old faces and catching up with latest news.
I look forward to your participation and seeing you at the event.

Fee: Member ￥10,000 / non-member ￥12,000
Fill in the form and send back to us via fax or email no later than
Friday, July 18th, 2025.
Sign-up fee should be paid through bank transfer by Tuesday, July 1st to Friday, July 18th, 2025.
Please note that the cancelation deadline is on Friday, July 18th, 2025.
